Quite frankly, I am sick of jerks on planes(versus snakes on planes) who have to act like asses, scream yell and bluster, when something happens. What happened to the old adage, "you get more flies with honey than vinegar?" our whole society has given in to uncivil behavior

I have seen this three times over the last year...

1) GRU -> EZE on TAM Airlines. Two passengers got into a fight before the plane even take off. I have no idea why, I don't speak Spanish. The flight attendants came over and everything was fine. When we were taxing, they got into a fist fight. Pulled back, they got kicked off, and that was that.

2) SFO-> HNL, United. This particular flight was overbooked to the ^n degree. One passenger didn't show up and a non-revenue passenger was cleared from the standby list. The door closed, the jetway pushed back, and the paying customer ended up showing up. For whatever reason, the FA's opened the door to the plane again, kicked the standby customer off the plane. This ended up turning into a whole ordeal that took over 3 hours.

This was the worst experience on UA I ever had.

3) MIA -> SJU. Someone got detained before the plane took off. The police explain that the dogs smelled drugs in his bag. Everyone deboarded and they inspected everyone's luggage. After some research:
