Seat availability
 
Is there a website that shows real-time seat availability for flights? Maybe something that agents use that can also get access too???

Try Expert Flyer. They give you real-time inventory data on many airlines, along with a whole host of other travel information.

when i want to select a seat, i choose from the flight seat map.....if you are wanting award or a certain fare code, then call or use ef as posted above....good luck...

+1, or if you don't want to pay for EF, use FlightStats.com or do a Google search for "Lorraine Travel", both of those websites are the source of KVS's availability data, EF gets it directly from GDSs.
