Wow.. This means that I'll only have to buy gas every three months instead of every two months.. Guess I'll go racing out to buy one...

I bought my Jetta TDI when I had a 40-mile round-trip commute five days per week. I went from filling up twice a week to filling up less than twice per month. That was a huge difference to me.

I no longer do that commute so I'm down to filling up about every three months.

Hmmm.. makes me think about switching to a diesel..

I like Toyota Minivan and looking for a new minivan.. any diesel minivan suggestions?..

Its kind of odd that in the US, Diesel is actually more expensive..

In SE Asia, regular gasoline seems to be more expensive.. :confused:

It's all about the tax. The price of fuel (any kind), in most countries, is loaded up with taxes. Governments have their own reasons for wanting to promote one type of fuel vs. another, so they tax the different fuels accordingly.
