The only time I've had it happen was at the museum in Beach Haven, NJ. Small museum, located in a converted church. I was in what was formerly the sanctuary I was spooked. Felt like I was having an MI.

I visited Ground Zero seven years ago, and you could definitely feel a presence there...and not a good presence, IMO. It was very unsettling.
