How do you enter a diverted flight into Flight Memory

Last week I had a flight IAD-ORD that was diverted to IND to refuel due to snow/delays at ORD. Would you enter this flight into Flight Memory as IAD-ORD or IAD-IND-ORD? I am leaning toward the latter.

Wirelessly posted (Verizon BlackBerry 8830: BlackBerry8830/4.5.0.138 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

If you're using FM for tracking literal miles flown (not just for earnings potential) then you'd count the segment.

However, if you want it to match up with ff statements, which nay not award the extra segment or miles, I would follow whatever is awarded.

Yeah, I'm tracking actual flights (including award flights). Thanks.

I'm also tracking actual flight miles flown so I would log it as IAD-IND-ORD since that was what was flown.

I would go with IAD-ORD.

I've had two flights take off from PHX and divert back there. One went all the way to San Diego, couldn't land, and came back. The other took off and landed back there five minutes later.

Neither flight is entered on Flight Memory.
