Are the AA issues with TripCase only when you let it pull your info from its back-end? Or do they have problems with emailed AA itineraries?

issue w/tripcase
Just forwarded a Jan, 2020 r/t itinerary to Tripase and it changed the dates to Jan, 2019!! Three times. Now it shows only in Past Trips. Is this a known issue and can one call CS and get help? Frustrating.

TripCase
I have just downloaded TripCase for an upcoming trip. Can someone explain does it take the flight details from your booking reservation, or the flight number details?
I sent a confirmation for an Icelandic Air flight. About 10 days after booking I received an email advising that my flight details had changed. I was originally booked on FI 416 departing at 1030, and this was changed to FI 418 departing at 1030. However TripCase has imported my details as being on FI416 departing at 0730. I have logged onto the Icelandic air website and it is still showing me as being on FI418 @10.30. Any thoughts appreciated. |

I just forwarded 2 new trips, hotel & flights, to Trip Case and they both ended up in the TC "Inbox" area. How do I move them into "Trips"?

Trip case would not let me enter my booking reference saying that it has to be 6 alphabetics. Also I cannot send an email to their support as it is saying that support@tripcase is not a valid email address.

either create your trips manually or you have to send your trips in a correct format if you include all inside one email by doing copy paste it probably wont work my advice = send the flights first then add hotel manually inside the trip cause tripcase isnt good for hotels

My trip in May is unable to be incorporated. Even when I try to do it manually it says that flight cannot be seen. It is an AC flight. When I share the link it goes to the inbox in trip case but does not show at all in the Trip.
