FlyVault: New Site for Frequent Flyers [Shut Down]
Hey Guys - we've created a new (free) site that many of you may find useful.
It's called FlyVault www.theflyvault.com and the idea is that it's a 'little black book' for award travel containing useful links, tools, and articles all in one place.
This site is NOT run for profit, nor is it our full time job - we just wanted to create something helpful for frequent flyers (we're travelers too!)
Please check it out, and share the word should you find it useful!

Getting a completely blank page with Windows/Firefox, even with javascript allowed. Seems to be ok in IE. There's something in the js or css you're using from wix or parastorage which probably needs tweaking.

Thanks for the heads up. We just ran a check on Firefox, Chrome, and IE on several different machines and all were working, so please try again and let us know if you still can't access it.

Still not working. I guess I need to experiment to see which settings or add-ons are causing the problem.

It's a very pretty blank white page.
Recommendation: Don't launch a site unless you've tested on a lot of platforms and operating systems and browsers.

It works fine on Windows (7 and 10) and Chrome.

I don't see the value - unless you are just trying to gather clicks.
For instance, I click on Alaska, which takes me to Alaska's booking engine.
I click on SW, which takes me to SouthWest.
Etc
I don't need your site to do any of that.

Hi dimramon - yes, our site mostly contains links to other pages so you may not feel the need to use it. This site is intended to help flyers who find it difficult, annoying, or time-consuming to dig through an airline's website to find the information they need - we've met more than a handful of travelers over the years who have shared this frustration.
And although we do have a 'click counter', it's just for fun. We do not run FlyVault for profit nor is it our full-time job.
We hope this gives better context.

FlyVault shutting down - AwardAce popping up
Hi guys - we noticed the other day that AwardAce (www.awardace.com) has upgrade their site and it now accomplishes everything we were trying to do.
Since we are a few hobbyists who created this site for fun in our spare time, we're going to give way to the professionals running AwardAce.
FlyVault will shut down on 3/4/16.

AwardAce is a helpful tool - the color-coding is great.
Another tool: PEX+ also offers a price matrix you can view for award ticket search results. It works for ow, rt, and md flight searches and displays for economy, business, and first classes. pexportal.com
