Bummer. I really liked that tool the best. For me, Award Hacker is good if I already know my airports. I liked the ability to just "see where my points would take me."

I emailed the owners but haven't received a response yet

I got lots of errors yesterday when I tried to use it. Is it dead?

Not dead, but they definitely need to resolve the database issues.

500. Internal Server Error.

Hope it's back soon; I find it useful.

These guys need to hand the site over to someone that is interested in maintaining it.

That is always a problem with (free) 3rd party sites.. People do this because they are interested and as a service to others. A never ending task to keep up to date, but good some frequent flyers do this.
