I can no longer login to CMT. I keep requesting a code to validate the 2 factor authentication process but the code never arrives and there's nothing in my spam folder. Is anyone else facing this issue? Thanks

I’ve been having the exact same problem for several months now.

Periodically the app would logout and it was a simple case of entering my email and then the 2FA code which was quickly sent to my email.

I can’t remember exactly when but since around December/January I’ve been unable to login.

I’ve entered my email multiple times and never once received a 2FA code. This is on both and iPad and iPhone and I’ve tried the usual deleting the app and re-installing.

I also filled out a support form and got a fairly generic message at the end after submitting it so I’m not sure the details in it went anywhere:

Same here. For me their app was mostly about convenience and knowing what was flowing into Amadeus, so I did not contact them about the bug. Please keep us posted if they reply to you or fix the issue.

Just noticed current 208.5.14 version doesn't show day of week of dates. Caused me a false scare when I thought something that was actually Sat-Mon was Fri-Sun.

But how can you login when the rest of us can’t because we never receive the login code via email?

Login hasn't been much of a problem for me (I have two accounts, one private domain email and one Gmail)

It does ask me to login with email OTP much more than I would like.

And you receive the OTP via email without any problems? This is odd as I haven’t received any since the last software upgrade at the beginning of the year. I was all excited this morning when I saw your message as I thought it had been fixed but I still don’t get any codes! You must be one of the chosen few!

Checkmytrip went down "Email is invalid" this morning.

It's now available again, but my and my missus's account are booted out, need to login with email OTP again.

At Sonos it was also employee revolt as well. Then there's the fact that a bad app for Amedeus isn't going to affect the company much, if at all, financially.

As a previous Amadeus employee, B2C has never been a priority for the company so no big attention to the mobile app from leadership as it does not bring money to the company. For me if it's not a priority I would just kill it than harming the brand's image

It was a very good app they killed it themself. Great for small airlines without any own app. They could prob have monitzed that for Amadeus coustomers instrd.
