iPods do not run out of battery charge after 4 hours of use! I've used mine for the entire length of an LAX-CDG nonstop (except the "no electronics" bits on either end, obviously) and still had enough juice left for a taxi ride into town. If you're watching video, 4 hours seems more plausible, but not for music.
I also use an iGo Xtender for that extra power needed on my iPod, eBook reader, cell phone, etc. If you already use iGo (i.e. have the tips) its fairly inexpensive. |
If you go to your local electronics store, you'll find lots of third-party gadgets that provide external batteries for your 'pod, in order to extend its life.
