There's a tool for the NYC/NJ airports here:

RLM software
I use rlmsoftware for tracking flights in real time. Seems to work much better than the airline sights, but indeed doesn't offer all flights and many areas.

Put in your destination/arrival airports and airlines and you'll get detailed flight info including a chart of where the flight is |
