My Dell kvetches about that all the time with most aftermarket chargers that have minimum 45W output in the USB-C port, but it charges just as fast as the OEM even when in use. I think it's more of a Dell scare tactic. My Lenovo ThinkPad is a lot more lenient.
.
Interesting. I have a Dell as well.

I use a Mystery Ranch Mission Control pouch....I have the medium one and it fits my GaN charger, two USB-C cables, an iPhone cable, and two portable chargers (with room for more if needed). It's pricey on their site, but you see them show up every once in awhile on Sierra. It's really easy to organize, and pretty slim.

I found an aftermarket power brick from my laptop that has additional USB-A and USB-C ports. Unfortunately, when I’m charging multiple devices via the power brick, my laptop shows an “insufficient power source“ notification.
I have this happen when using my Anker 615 extension cord/charger. Currently using an Asus Zenbook. It still seems to charge when it's like this, but slowly. The only gripe I have is when the phone gets close to full, the laptop cycles between Battery Mode and AC Power mode rather rapidly (1x/sec or less). VERY annoying.
To get around this, I just picked up an Anker 547. So far, so good. Laptop's happy, phone's happy, charger's happy. BUT... the charger weighs 466g / 1.05 lb! With just the Zenbook and phone plugged in, this charger gets quite warm, and I'm only running about 40% CPU, almost no GPU in use. I do wonder how hot this adapter would get if I were to use all 4 ports to their rated maxs.

I am looking for a solution too. I have my cable for my Mac and iPhone(separate ones) and then one for my android C+ and one for the tablet(micro).I guess I have to buy a new tablet with a C+ now eliminate one cable. It is driving me nuts with all the cables in my laptop bag all over the place.
