Adobe keeps resetting password cannot login
I don't know where else to post this but ever since the hacking announcement, I cannot sign in to any Adobe product. When I try to login, it forces me to change my password but the new password does not stick.
I have repeated this cycle several times. The customer service phone is closed and I cannot even get into Adobe forums because of having to reset the password which kicks off another cycle of emails. What must I do to get back into my Adobe account and thus able to use their products on my iP5S and iPad4? Update: I finally found an Adobe chat and now my password is sticking and I can login like normal everywhere. |

I have to think that the Adobe agent in the chat session was able to clear my problem because I did another reset where her still online and was finally able to login to the web then iPad, etc.
