Before that, I could see online that they wanted me to call. I called.

After I input order number and delivery ZIP, their system said they're busy and hung up on me asking me to call again later. :eek:

I have no hope for my B&N order even though I have no cancellation email yet. I think the other two vendors are more likely. But no shipping emails yet!
