Should I care?
And can this be a reason why I have had trouble in Europe only (France, Germany) with ethernet connections at various hotels (regardless of cable used)?
No problems with wifi in Europe nor ethernet in my office in the USA.

It could be the NAT/gateway device they are using. Certain NAT devices can cause problems with Teredo tunneling.

I'm eagerly waiting for Comcast to expand their IPv6 trials to the Denver area.

Does this mean that I should enable Teredo tunneling feature?
Error 10 means that it is currently inactive.
