Replace Wheels on Antler roller
Has anyone ever replaced wheels on an Antler roller? See image. I've emailed Customer Service at Antler.co.uk and its local Hong Kong agent, but no reply from either source. There is a local guy who repairs luggage and he says he can do it, but if I can do it myself, why not?

Thanks in advance for any advice and knowledge.

job done
The local Hong Kong shoe/luggage repair guy replaced both wheels for HK$120 (about US$16). Neither Antler UK nor its HK agent has replied to my email requests. So much for good customer service.

That price couldn't be beat here in the US, but for future reference for others, you can buy wheel replacement kits likely to fit most luggage with skateboard-type wheels (TravelPro, and from the looks of it, Antler) on Amazon, in the US at least. See, e.g., https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01AJQPNYM or search "luggage replacement wheels".
You have to know the wheel size, and check for the size of the axle, but it's an easy fix.

I can't speak to quality of bearings - for a large suitcase frequently loaded over 50 lbs, my set have been fine.
It's a cheap fix, so I'd still say "go for it" especially if getting to a luggage repairer is too time-consuming/difficult/expensive.

The Antler local agent finally responded and asked for a photo of the rest of the bag plus the model number so they could determine whether they could replace the wheels; the photo of the wheels and the housing that I had posted was not sufficient. I told them to forget it as I had already replaced the wheels by then.

Antler
Hotel), 16 Mody Road, TST (1 - 2 buildings past the Holiday Inn Hotel on Mody Road), TST
He has spare wheels, but maybe not same model as on the Antler, and you can get bag back in a couple of hours, same day.

Samsonite Repair Svc Center (also American Tourister Brand), is at Unit 302, 3F, Austin Plaza, 83 Austin Road, Jordan MTR, Kowloon. To replace 2 wheels on an Am Tourister roller would cost
HK$600 (about US$75) vs a brand new carry on spinner at Aeon (AT brand) is only HK$400 (US$52). Crazy.
