Well, will travel light, but most unfriendly support and the worst booking platform I have seen so far.... (and it is not the first). Therefore lesson learned, I will book with another airline next time... |

Correct. I do note that the layout on tablet/mobile is less clear than on a PC, although the same information is still ‘discoverable’.

Strangely enough the next day I got a confirmation email with the baggage allowances and when I contacted Thai they told me it was not possible to make any changes anymore. |
