Search has never been great on FT. It has gotten much worse as of late.

If it wasn't for the excellent knowledge one can gain from FT I would have given up with it long ago.
The members deserve a lot better than the often amateur and shambolic service they are getting.Totally unacceptable and has gone on far too long in my opinion. :td: |

When I search for my own posts ("search by user name") my most recent posts do not appear. I presume this is part of the problem that is under repair. ^

At the end of the day this is a free resource to us, and while it is sometimes a train wreck operationally, I think it's ungracious of members to stomp their feet and complain as if they were paying top dollar for services not received.
