FT Premium signup doesn't recognize IF subscription
 
I subscribed to the online version of InsideFlyer yesterday using a different username. I've been trying to activate FT premium yesterday and today with no luck, as the system cannot validate my subscription. Will it take a few more days for my subscription to be recognized, or does it sound like there is a technical glitch?

Last two days I have had not been able to access FT Premium. Message:

We could not find an active InsideFlyer.com user account that matches the info you have provided.

I am typing in my FT name and password. Something going on with the website?

Help!

Question: Did you by any chance purchase an Inside Flyer subscription using either a different user name or password? Keep in mind that it is not your FT user name/password which matters but rather that for your subscription.

I had also been having problems reclaiming my premium access, but it worked for me just now. Thanks!
