Where on the page is this ad being seen? Thanks for the reports.
If anyone can get a screenshot of it, that would be great also. Thanks, |

If anyone can get a screenshot of it, that would be great also. Thanks, Post #3 http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showp...04&postcount=3 and this one, Post #18 It's a Doubleclick advert, http://m.uk.2mdn.net/ http://www.doubleclick.com/nf/general/onpriset.htm |
I couldn't do this from my work computer, but now I'm home, I have a temporary fix:
If you use Internet Explorer, GO TO Tools - Manage Add-ons... In the window that opens, scroll down and look for the following entry:"Shockwave Flash Object - Adobe Systems Incorporated (Type ActiveX Control)" Select it and then select Disable. Click OK and then exit. You'll need to restart Internet Explorer for the effect to occur. The advert will still load but it will just be an image - it won't play and it won't grab your screen position. |
Thanks for the assistance in tracking this down everyone. The ad should be gone now, let me know if you see it again though.

Thank you!
