Is there a secret in logging onto Live Chat? I tried to do so tonight to listen to Randy, but everytime I click on the Connect icon nothing happens and it gives me a new log-in on the left side of the screen. Logging in a second time does not seem to help, but does refresh the Connect icon.

It's been taking longer for me to connect recently. When that icon appears, clicking it doesn't do anything of course... I just have to wait for the applet to load.

One item to note is that I can no longer access chat via my work network, it never loads and I have the exact problem Starwood Lurker reports. My workaround is to disconnect from my network and use the free wireless signal I can grab out my office window. :)

Well, that might it be it. I'm trying to get it to load at work. Plus, I will now quit trying to click on the applet to get it to load when trying at home. :)

It seems strange that it redirects you to the login page again when that happens, but waiting when that page loads is a good idea to try. From what I have seen it is not needed to click the login button when the applet loads.
