When it displayed the new thread my opening post had totally irrelevant content from somewhere else. I clicked "edit" to fix it, the edit box showed the correct content (mine) right away, I clicked Save and this time the correct content showed up in the post. Sounds like a database problem there too, though perhaps a different one and not quite as serious.
