Airline Forums is NOT in alpha order

Can we move WestJet to the W's, please?

It's driving me nuts...I'm a little OC and anal retentive.

You've lost me. As far as I can see, WestJet doesn't have its own forum. Are you saying you want to see a WestJet forum added?

It's there- http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=606

Maybe you aren't seeing it because it is a SubForum of "Air Canada Aeroplan" and not a subforum of "Airline Programs"?

When I open FlyerTalk Forums > Miles&Points > Airline Programs, I get the following sub-forums:

Air Canada Aeroplan
WestJet "Passenger Perks"
Air New Zealand Air Points
AirTran A-Plus Rewards
.
.
.
etc.

I do see that WestJet is a sub-forum of Air Canada, but why does it show up on my screen as a parent forum?

I see it indented under Air Canada using Netscape 7, Safari 2 and IE 5.2 under Mac OS 10.4. I'm not familiar with WestJet, so I don't know if this structure is appropriate, but if it's correct for it to be a sub-forum of AC it has to be where it is.

Ok, I see where it is now

Looks like Randy created this as a sub-forum of Air Canada on Dec. 29. He explains his reasoning for doing it this way in this post.

I see it both as a subforum to Air Canada and as a parent forum.

I guess I'll have to try and ignore it and return to counting streetlights.

Maybe b/c it was indexed as British Midland before the rebranding in 2001. Just a thought.

That's indeed why. But technically, since the rebrand, bmi should come first...
