List threads by longer than week or 10 days problem
When I click on the link & ask to have threads from within last few months listed & click go, it still brings up the last week or 10 days even though I have specified 45 days (for example). This happens on dif forums (including this one; I just tried it before posting). Am I doing something wrong, or is there a problem?

What are the search terms and steps that you're doing to get to where you end up?

I tried the 45-day option for Tech Issues and it worked fine for me... got results back to mid-July. I also tried it for OMNI and got results back to mid-July as well. I don't know what to tell you... I can't duplicate the error.

Sharon,
Someone asked me this exact question a few days ago...
Once you select the 45 days, are you then clicking on the "Show Threads". If you don't, it will stay with the default.
This solution worked for the other person... had not even noticed the "Show Threads" button.
Hope that helps.

William, that's probably it. I usually just click on time length I want & then click go. Not sure I noticed show threads either. Will check it out. Thx.
