Trip Reports YouTube
I'm a new kid (in an old body).
I noticed a few YT linked posts in the Trip Reports thread. I couldn't decide if they were a good fit with the site so I hadn't posted any of my stuff, but I have replied to one with a similar post linking a video of mine.
Is there any mileage in these 2 things.
1. Making a thread for just YT posts of Trip Reports and Flight/Airline/FFP reviews - to keep this stuff in one place.
2. Is it possible to create a community for FT YouTubers to congregate.

This is exactly why I thought it better if it went to a separate thread. It's inevitable that there will be increasing trip reports done this way.

Perhaps theres a moderator in Trip Reports I could have a chat with about this? I hoped posting in a support channel might be the best way to find one

We generally allow links to members' YouTube reports, however, the posts containing the links must contain sufficient information to be of value to FlyerTalk without having to follow the link to the video.

I think its reasonable to share the link as long as a text version of the report is included as well. That would be in the spirit of Rule 7 at least. Sometimes a video is the best format for these kind of reports, I certainly watch a lot of TikTok/YouTube when booking with a new airline to see what its like.
