Dark Mode and Text Color
I use dark mode and 99% of the time use the automatic font color. However I recently had this exchange on the Avis forum:
https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...b1e3195ab7.jpg I'm not sure if it's user error (I don't double check every single time) or if something is wrong with the software. -J. |
It seems you've edited the post, so I don't know how it looked originally, but when you edited it, did you happen to click on the Source button and if so did you see COLOR tags?
When writing the original post did you copy and paste anything? Asking the above because a lot of "report data points" threads that have a wiki with a standard template for people to copy/paste, end up being pasted with black color tags (or sometimes white) and thus don't play well with dark (or light) mode as a result, unless the poster pastes via right click => paste as plain text (or ctrl-shift-V, or its equivalent on other operating systems) |
Zorak is correct. Simple copy/pasting the text will copy whatever formatting has been applied, even if it doesn't seem like there is any.

FWIW I generally copy my own posts on this thread, but paste as plain text (on my computer, ctrl+shift+V). Is this not the right way to remove any formatting?
