Euhm, I also have NordVPN and Gmail.
I get the new posts of the new topics in the Preliul fares where I am subscribed to. There it is “instant notification” but the daily emails are not arriving. [MENTION=183518]Admin[/MENTION]: do they get produced? |
I did get one instant email notification for Post 38 from IBJoel but nothing for subsequent posts.
And still not getting the daily emails since last month. I'm using an Outlook mail address now after switching from iCloud to try and sort things but no joy. Regarding the NordVPN issue I think that is likely unrelated. Only use Nord on Imac (not on iPhone/iPad) but not getting emails on any platform. And yes. I have checked spam folders! Using Spark Mail program on all platforms. I have checked online Outlook mail and still nothing there so it's very likely not a Spark problem. Hopefully the techies will find something soon! |
No emails for some time now, also Gmail here.

No weekly summary emails on Mondays for me either for the 3 threads I subscribe to. I think they stopped 2 weeks ago. Administrator, kindly add me to the list. (I don’t use Gmail for these so it would appear to be a wider issue than the email service provider). Thank you.

FINALLY got in touch with someone who fixed this in a different division and I'm very hopeful we can fix it here in the next couple of days. Sorry this one is taking so long. I know it's a very important feature to you guys

It's been probably 4/5 weeks since I stopped receiving daily updates from BA and KLM Flying Blue, and this forum. I have to manually go in each day which is a little disappointing.

Have this thread set for instant notifications...
...and have received a couple of notifications today from this thread. This is the only one I have set for instant notices. Something is happening. I haven't received the daily updates for my other subscribed threads yet.

You might get a bunch of subscription emails right now. I suggested tech do a forced manual send to "kickstart" the function, but I don't know if that will actually work

Worked this morning! Thank you so much! I got 2 batches of emails - one at 7:49 PM EST on the 21st and the other at the usual 3:02 AM EST on the 22nd. They appear to be the same emails.

Not sure if it is the same issue or something else, but I have not been getting email alerts for new posts in this thread that I started and show as subscribed to: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/hyat...er-thread.html
All of my other email alerts for other threads seem to be coming through as normal. I am guessing maybe the fact that I used the "start thread with a review" feature somehow has it in a different category? |
