1. Having similar issues and overall very slooow loading on IE11.

2. Also on IE11, multi-quote function does not work at all (just loads up a blank reply box without any of the selected posts). Worked OK on Chrome last night (will check later today).

Multi-quoting on IE wasn't working yesterday either and we have it in the queue to be fixed. Thank you for the report!

Not sure if it's been mentioned before as we are close to 400 posts here now, but I just noticed a new issue.

Now that there is some sort of automatic loading while scrolling, it means that the browser search behavior is effectively broken. Sort of.

If I use the browsers search tool, which is very fast and easy, to look for a keyword, it very quickly moves to that keyword. But now with the new auto-loading it won't show the keyword I'm looking for if it is beyond what is currently displayed. So I need to scroll and scroll and scroll til I get to the end of the thread and then do the search. This is a real step backwards!

Do you still have Infinite Scroll enabled?

Nope. That's the first thing I tried.

OK, worth an ask. I haven't reproduced it yet, but I will keep looking into it. Thank you for the report.

This has been reported by at least one other person, so I'm trying to get some progress on it. What browser are you using? We are unable to reproduce on Chrome/FF

I'm using Chrome on Windows 7 laptop & can reproduce it every time ;) Also on IE. I'll try it on different computers later today.

Are you using the mobile or desktop skin? I was unable to reproduce on either

Mobile skin, Safari.

The wikipost editor should now span the entire page width.

Hi guys,

Regarding the poll, it's been a bit of a mess. We're fine with polls; we're not completely ok with assessing a new technology while we are less than 24 hours into it and still addressing a pile of bug reports. Bugs will be fixed, and everything will run much more smoothly. At the moment, it just doesn't seem very fair or appropriate. I understand there are people who have already made up their minds in the negative, and that's totally fair; but for the rest, give us a chance to show you what this software actually is, please.

As to the way the was handled, IB got it wrong. There was a lack of internal communication here, and I'm correcting that. I deeply appreciate the passion of this community and I apologize for the way the poll was handled. We will do better.

Now, back to the bug tickets...

Best

Paul

To be clear, your apology for the handling of the poll and your "correcting that" includes deleting the new poll thread?

That's a beautiful sunset, and pretty much life size on my screen. Are you testing upload, or whether it renders sensibly?

Sunrise, actually! Snapped it as I was waiting for my bus, this morning. But florens said that the photos always appear above the text, so I was checking that out and some other details. Resolution is probably not great, since it was on my phone and I was in a hurry.

I'd say it rendered unreasonably large, but I think I ve seen that in some pre-upgrade review type threads as well, so perhaps no change there.

I'm sorry, but what bug tickets? My feeling is that you are selectively deciding what you think are bugs and fixing what you feel like and not handling this properly. And guess what - all of this could have been avoided with a proper focus group.

Does it look like this? Do you have the browser window in fullscreen?

We know exactly where we stand.

Is there something wrong with "go to first unread post" or is this how it is now? I'm on Chrome, and it is unbelievably slow and jerky. It first takes you to the top of the page, then sits there for a minute, then finally drops you to the first unread post.
