My posts completely broken
 

Clicking My posts under Quick Links doesn't find anything in http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/klm-f...l#post26512769

"My posts" under Quick Links is not thread specific. It finds all your posts on FT. If you want to find your posts in that thread you must use Search this thread, advanced, and use your username.

I think it may have to do with the search index fails to sync properly again (since April?), which has been an ongoing problem for years:

My most recent post was made 28 hours ago but "My Posts" only shows mine dated before the end of March 2016.

Seem to be up to date for me...

Try "My Posts" just now again. Not for me.

This post did show up but the other one that I mentioned up thread is still missing. It doesn't make sense why the "newer" post shows up when the one-day-old one doesn't.

Something's wrong with one of the indexes.

It does not find all my posts. Previously it did but now it does not. Some examples of posts not found are in the thread I have linked. In other words, the "My posts" results page does not link to http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/klm-f...l#post26512769 but it should. Is this more clear?

Search will be re-indexed today and should resolve the issue -- thank you for the reports!

As of now, the same post from 3 days ago is still missing from "My Posts."

Not sure if this issue is a date-specific or thread-specific problem.

Edit: it seems to be solved now.
