Cannot upload cover photo
Hi,
I clicked onto my profile and noticed the grey Cover Photo placeholder. I mouse over the area and see a button for Upload Cover Photo but clicking on this button doesn't do anything. How can I upload my cover photo please? Thanks. |
I just tried mine and got the same result - clicking the Upload button doesn't do anything. For me, this is on Chrome 46.0.2490.80 on Mac 10.11.1
Edit to add: Also tried it on Firefox 41.0.2 on the same OS and same thing - no response from the upload button. |
FYI I seen this issue on both latest Chrome and latest Firefox on Win7
|
Let me see what tech says.

Please try again!

Yep, I'm now able to upload one if I so choose (note that at this time I am choosing not to, but the option is now there for me to do so). Thanks!

Are you receiving no pop-up menu of your computer's files, or are you selecting an image and it isn't working?

I am having the same issue I am running Windows 10 Pro, I tried Chrome Version 69.0.3497.32 and Firefox 61.0.1 Pop up is coming up but it does not upload. Is there a format requirement I am missing?

I uploaded a cover photo, but it shows upside down. Can't see how to flip it or delete it. Any help?

That could be the result of the photo itself. If it was taken with a phone, it might contain some data that orients it upside down in certain situations. Does it look OK on your desktop?

Recently, I cannot post images using Firefox on Windows 10. The upload tab is grayed out, and I have to close the Flyertalk tab.
No problem when using MS Edge browser. Firefox 61.0.2 Windows 10 version 1803 |

No problem when using MS Edge browser. Firefox 61.0.2 Windows 10 version 1803 This is a PNG image (I also tried successfully with jpg) uploaded with Firefox on Windows. You may want to try clearing your FT cookies and browser cache. |
