AA board is back up for me as of 9:41pm HST (1:41 am MDT), for the first time in several hours.
And while the AA board was the only one I couldn't access at all tonight, up until now, the entire FT system had been very slow when pulling up the list of messages on *any* individual board. Even accessing the front page of FT Miles took forever. In all cases, loading would stall at "forum.cgi", where it would sit for awhile before resuming...

Michael's keeping an eye on that forum. We don't know why it continually bogs down, other than basic traffic load. We rebuild it occasionally, and that seems to help for a little bit, but not unfortunately not for good. Same with the United forum...
I would think it's because they're two of our most popular forums, especially with American and its 20/20 promo, but if so, then The Buzz should be keeping people out as well, and it doesn't.

We're not sure what the problem is since it seems to vary by member with some having no problems at all. We do know that some of the vendors we deal with have had similar problems and they seem to be related to the Code Red virus you might have heard about in the last week. That may be a problem for us or the netwrok but we haven't heard a report from the Web farm that we run our servers with. As typically the case, it's always difficult to assertain if the problem is ours or the network. Nonetheless, the guys and girl (ours) are beating up the other tech folks (theirs) for answers.
