Missing Subforums on m.flyertalk.com
Browsing the AA forum via m.flyertalk.com (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/ameri...solidated-733/) the vintage AA & US Subforums are missing.

If only some of the subfora closed to posting, such as the pre merger stuff in UA and DL, would disappear from the forum jump list.....

I always see them when using Chrome on Windows 7, do not on my iPad. Perhaps it's a rendering issue dependent on O.S. and browser combinations?

OP is specifically talking about the mobile browser version of FlyerTalk rather than the standard or desktop browser version.
I just spent a bit of time playing around with it, and can confirm that the OP is correct. In fact, as far as I can tell, all subfora are missing sitewide. We have Mileage Run Deals, but not Mileage Run Discussion; TSS but none of the three subfora; California, but not Los Angeles or San Francisco; and so on.
Hopefully, this is something our tech team can easily remedy.
There are other significant drawbacks to using this version of the site, most notably the lack of in-post controls, i.e., no edit function, no ability to alert a mod, no quote/multiquote buttons, etc. Wikiposts are also not displayed.
I'd say it's fine for reading on the fly or firing off simple replies when you're stuck with a small phone screen, but I would not recommend it as your primary means of using the site unless we can get some key enhancements.
