Not getting TalkMail
I have seen references to TalkMail but never really looked into it. I did today and now wonder why I haven't been getting it via my gmail? I get subscription alerts to new posts and private messages but that is the only FT email I have ever gotten. I am set to receive mail from admins in my settings. How do I subscribe to TalkMail?

Before that, 5/29 and 5/14. Be sure your email address is up to date in your profile, check your SPAM folder, and sign up again using the link on the Home Page. If you still don't get one next week, let me know & we'll see what's what. If you want me to forward you any of those last few issues, lemme know! P. |

My e-mail hasn't changed since I signed up for F/t back in 2004 and I checked that it is still in my F/t profile and that F/t was not inadvertently flagged as spam so I'm going to "re-up" via the home page and see what happens with the next issue on or about 6/28 and then let you know (unless you can check for any bounce backs) edited to add: Just tried "re-upping" using my e-mail address and it "failed" because my e-mail is already on file so now I'm stumped |

Email problems are notoriously hard to resolve because there are SO many places (most of which are out of our hands) where they could snag. I'll see if you're on the opt-out list, but I know the emails go out to all who are subscribed; after that, there's very little we can do.
