Can member profiles be blocked?
I was made aware that the following link for a member profile (FDSservi is the user name) is not working:

Is there any reason the profile for such FTer account (which showed/shows up under currently active users of the Practical Travel Safety Issues forum) would be restricted from general viewability? Or is this some kind of glitch?

Seems to a common user name by a Google search. May be a Vbulletin thing (FDS service ?)
