Did not receive email updates of subscribed threads
 
Usually after midnight Pacific Time I receive email updates to my subscribed threads. I haven't received them yet.

The servers are successfully sending out emails. It might be an issue with AOL blocking us. I'll do some tests.

i'm having the same problem but my email is at google.

I've noticed e-mails are slow/infrequent the past few days... e-mail is coming via google.

I checked with Dick and he said the server is having no problem sending out email, and we’re not blocked by any of their service providers. We're still receiving all FT emails and subscription alerts fine.

Here's another data point. Both myself and another person have observed not receiving email for PM's the last few days.

Ok I just did a test with Mikel and I received my notification just fine. I have however still sent this to tech to look into and it's in their queue.

Just continued feedback. Still not getting PM updates. I checked the spam filter (while allowed these in the past) and they are not sitting there. We use http://www.protectedmail.net by the way (amazing quality with no false positives I've ever found). I received PM's yesterday and today, but no notifications.

Tech thinks they have narrowed this down to one problem , but now they still need to investigate further why it's happening and when it's happening.

Really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing, but I'll update you as soon as I know more.

If your techs need any help... I can ask my email provider to have a look in their log files, if that can assist you.

BTW: I am myself not receiving any updates for 3 days or so.

Have just checked the e-mailogs on my mailserver - no sign of "flyertalk" after Aug 3.
