Will they take me to the jetway, or just plop me in terminal E somewhere?

Yes, best to go to FCL A & they will schedule a transfer to E, they take you to the departure level not to the actual gate.

Who knows, but maybe by May the E lounge will be open. One can always hope…

Access Swiss First Class Lounge Zurich

G'day and sorry for asking a questions which probably has been answered before. We are flying from ZRH to SYD via SIN in Swiss First, and then Singapore First. The ticket is issued by SQ. Will we have access to the Swiss First Class lounge in Zurich?
Thanks for any feedback.

My eviction from the F-lounge as a UA-ticketed passenger on an LX service rather soured my relationship with the airline; so I'm pleased to learn the very-SWISS nonsense of only LX-ticketed passengers getting first-class treatment is over.

That is just crazy, pissing people off for no justifiable reason at all. I will be flying on an LH ticket. Hopefully no issues.

It got me so pissed off I put together a picnic from airport shops, and took it on board explaining that I'd been told Swiss hospitality was only for Swiss passengers and didn't want to go hungry on a 10-hour flight.

I entered ZRH F lounge multiple times in Oct/Nov 2021 on UA-issued 016 tickets, with LX F metal.

Flying JFK-ZRH-MUC. Purchased a business class ticket but paid to upgrade to first for NY to Zurich. Will I have first class lounge access in A or E for my layover in Zurich?

Both, if you want, but the escort service meeting at the plane will take you to the A gates and passport control and from there it's close to the A lounge (and your connecting flight). You could just go on your own to the E lounge, and then to the A gates area (and lounge again if you want).

If you have a reasonably long layover, Id go straight to E lounge, grab some sleep in one of the bedrooms, then you have to make your own way to A Gates with Heidi train and clear pass control A lounge is nice but no views what so ever and not amenable to a longer stay
