Dear All,

I had a very bad experience with Swiss airline recently.

I contacted normal help line but the the staff were very rude and not helpful at all...

Does anyone know Swiss Customer relations telephone number ?

CS is based at LX not U.K. specific, if your unhappy file a complaint online they will get back to you.
Complaints are better put in writing, no ‘He said, She said issues ‘
