Reorganize Europe
I know, the EC has been trying to do that for years, kings and queens have been trying to do it for centuries ...
... but this is about the FT destination forums.
Right now there's a Europe (Eastern/Western) forum. It has London and Paris sub-forums as well as its own posts.
Separately, there's a Scandinavia forum (an area which, last time I checked, was in western Europe) and a UK/Ireland forum (an area which, last time I checked, included London). Neither of these is under the Europe forum. There's also a Russia forum, with its posts mostly on the European part, but perhaps Russia is big enough to have its own category.
Can this be rearranged so Europe includes all its parts?
(While you're at it: maybe clarify the difference between "South" and "Latin" America, and how Mexico relates to Latin America? I know the forum title is "Latin/Central America," not just "Latin," but a slash is short for "and.")
I know you guys are busy, and I appreciate all you do for us, but this bugs me.

Thanks for pointing it out...
I never noticed that, but now it's going to bug me!

Also, I lean toward using sub-forums or clarification forum labels where one area is a geographic subset of another. For example, I think London should either be a sub-forum of UK/Ireland, or the latter should be labeled "UK and Ireland (except London)." I navigate FT almost solely from the "Forum Jump" pop-up menu, as do many others, so the structure should be clear without having to read the commentary in the full forum list of a section.
Can anyone post in the Talkboard forum? If we all can, is it considered appropriate?
