Thread Start Date should be included under the Thread Title

Some guys just love to dig up a real old thread with a sensational title. On the other hand, many threads have a "seasonal headline". For example- Amtrak planning a big fare increase "today".

I would like see a "Thread Start Date" under the Thread title.

The site design does not accommodate displaying that date.

That's really a pity John. I've posted a request for this feature a few years ago. I agree with the OP here. It's difficult sometimes to decide if you've already read a thread, if it's bumped from some years ago. And with the title of the thread sometimes suggesting that it is current... well...

Could it appear somewhere at all on the thread list?

Rita

Maybe when someone names a thread he/she could enter the date on the topic line (make it a requirement?)
