On Nov. 30, I posted the following in a thread on IDine in SPAM:

"...the moderators could set up a protocol that would work for everyone. If all the threads were STARTED in the airline where they apply, but then locked and moved to an IDine forum, those that only use the one airline forum would see the start of the discussion and could then check the IDine Forum to follow the thread. On the other hand, those that use multiple IDine accounts would only have to follow the IDine Forum to keep up to date on all the possibilities. In fact, when posting items on the airline site, their could even be a request put on the posting for the moderator to move the thread to the IDine Forum so that everyone could reference it there."

Please let me know if you see any problems with this.

I also would like to see an IDine forum. I like Cornroasters suggestion of posting in the respective airline's forum and moving to the I-Dine forum.

thanks

I also would like to see an IDine forum.

Could this not be integrated with the potentially very valuable but currently underused Dining Forum?

I quite agree. Trawling through many different airline boards to find the idine bits is a pain. It definitely would be great to have an idine forum.

A dedicated Idine forum is a no-brainer, IMHO.

Idine is one of the most valuable, successful, and long-running loyalty programs around. It is also expanding in scope (today, hotels -- tomorrow . . . ?). But most significantly, it's unique: there is no directly competing program that I'm aware of. This fact alone justifies a separate forum.

I support the suggestion for an iDine Forum.

I would also like to see a dedicated Frequent Dining program forum. (Yes, it would essentially be an iDine forum, but the name and description should be chosen carefully so everyone knows what it's for, given that iDine operates a lot of dining programs for airlines, credit cards, college savings programs, etc, where iDine often isn't officially in the dining program name.)

Count me in on this also. We really need it.

Would like to see a dedicated iDine forum too.

iDine provides lots of bonus offers specific to airlines. You must be a iDine member for that airline to receive notice of the offer. I am a member of more US airline frequent flyer programs than I have credit cards, and so do not receive all of the notices of bonuses. I would like to know which offer is best at any one time, but I do not enough time in my life to read all of the airline forums to find iDine deals. An iDine forum would be most useful.
