dgolds, as someone who had a chance to read and contribute (yes, I use that term loosely) to the original thread, permit me to respectfully disagree. nologic was simply trying to continue a debate on a thread which somehow (fortuitously?) disappeared into cyber never-neverland.

The title of the thread was not his, nor were the references to Hitler and the Bill of Rights. They were from the thread's originator. In fact, nologic seems to be arguing against those things to which you object. To wit:
