Yes. Let us know if you are still not able to submit your request using the workaround method Christina has posted.

Here's a strange one. I just requested a Your24 benefit for the Sheraton Deira in Dubai for 3 am check-in to 11:30 pm check-out (since UA always has these middle East flights arriving/departing in the wee hours of the morning). It was denied. I called Platinum Concierge and was told it was denied because this hotel only accepts Your24 for check-ins between 9 am and 4 pm. Really? Obviously, they haven't grasped the Your24 concept.

That hotel is a mess anyway, stay anywhere else in Dubai. Seriously.

The Your24 website is broken. I tried to use it yesterday and there is nowhere to enter the confirmation number or last name and these are mandatory fields. I clicked on the Feedback link and reported it, but it's still broken. Can one of the Lurkers report this please? TIA
I do appreciate the workaround - at least it worked.

Your24 - anyone actually able to use this?
So I finally tried using that Your 24 benefit - is anyone actually using it?
The first time I tried using the form, maybe 6 weeks ago, I couldn't enter a reservation number or anything else. I calls *wood and was told I would have to click on language and select English - I thought it was set to English (certainly had English words on the page) - but indeed, that now allowed me to enter all the information - but when I try to submit it - the reservation number is missing -then I get an e-mail that they could not find a reservation with that date.
Tried again with *wood on the phone, this time I got an email saying I can't use Your24 because I have two rooms (they are separate reservations - I only want early check-in for one)
So - now I am wondering if there is anyone actually using this benefit, and if so, does one have to belong to a secret society to make it work?

Yeah, the online form has been messed up on an off for the last couple months. I have my ambassador request it and it has worked fine for me.

I checked in at the ITC Gardenia in Bengaluru a few months ago at 10am, and combined it with a 4pm PLT late checkout to save a full day of room charges.
That's the only time I've tried to use it. I filed the on-line form, and it was "in process", just before getting an Ambassador, who then told it it had been approved. So I don't know if being in the secret society was needed or not.

It's worked fine for me. Haven't tried it in 2014. Lurkers posted a workaround for the technical glitch on the main Y24 thread.
Cheers,

Worked ~25% of the time for me. Most times the request is simply ignored, a few times declined, and thankfully a few times I was granted very late check-in and check-out in Europe and the ME

So Far...So Good
I've used it 3 times this year and while it's been longer than 48 hours getting back to me, they all eventually did and all 3 have been granted.
Two submitted and approved around 4 months in advance of stay and one was about a month in advance of stay.
Have checked in on only one of them so far, and all was perfect at check-in.
Have two more stays to go...one next week and one in April.
I used the buggy web form (after using the English language workaround) to submit them all.
Great benefit. As long as it works, of course.

after you go into the form, you have to go to the top right and select English again.. I found out about this after talking to online support..

Definitely over half of the time for me. Still a bit frustrating when I just get the "high occupancy" denial though.

I've used it ~3x and was approved each time. Once I forgot to put it in before 48 hrs and that didn't go through. Wish it were 24 - although I'll have to do a better job next time of remembering. It's a great benefit.

I had my Ambassador apply a month before arrival and was successful in getting an 8:30 AM check-in this week at the Westin Sydney.

I have my ambassador do it and It works about 50% of the time. Occasionally they need to downgrade me from my upgrade if the suite is not available for early check in.
