Firefox loads
When I fire up the new program it seems that it names it's screen layout as HTML pages, This causes Firefox to take over. Is there a way around thsi?

Don't set Firefox as your default browser?

Have got standard canned responses from my mails, similar to those reported in the last thread. Passed on for further consideration etc etc.
Will see what transpires.

The old one worked fine for me in Windows Vista.

This new tool is not an improvement however.

Maybe if it was Mac OS X compatible I might had different views...

I just can't believe they have canned the so-useful Goldenware product for the pathetic FlightLookup product AGAIN ! Stupid Star Alliance.

Last time we did a campaign from here (and doubtless elsewhere) and the old one was restored. Why do we have to go through all this again ? Did the old manager move on and they have forgotten ?

There are so many shortfalls in the new product compared to the old. The "10/25/120 choices" option is ridiculous - how can you know how many flights there are before looking at them.

The * option for the destination does not return all the flights, just a random subset of them. There has been exactly the same bug in the FlightLookup product that SkyTeam use for at least the past 2 years. And when you have done so, there is no option to sort by the columns, export to Excel, or many other features that GoldenWare had.

What a pile of poo.

I've sent a complaint email to all three addresses. Count me in among the dissatisfied.

Note, however, that the first email address is incorrect. The correct version is [email protected]

Quote: That is not good news. This was the last of the electronic timetables that actually was worthwhile for anything besides looking at a specific trip (i.e., the schedule at each airport). This makes it well nigh impossible to check on aircraft routings.
For a listing of all flights, departing from a specific airport, you can use http://www.flightstats.com/go/Flight...=0&airport=LGW

Otherwise, for real-time schedules, KVS Tool has a *A filter option, which can be used in conjunction with the Timetable feature:

[KVS Availability Tool 3.1.0/Platinum - Amadeus: Timetable/NL-BCDF]
Code:

That method requires a lot of mucking around. Not only selecting the 8 time periods, but also checking other days of the week (as not all flights are daily).

No, the Palm app still does it. Just enter an airport in the From field, and you'll see all non-stop flights departing from that airport.

soo annoyed
I love the old timetable, hate the new one. I sooo want it to be changed back, it was easier and quicker to check returns, organise flights and check where i could fly to/from certain airports.

I SO want Star Alliance to offer the old product as well, it is now easier for me to check the OneWorld timetable first when hunting for flights for routes I travel on!!

Why does staralliance.com show an iPhone in the graphic for "Downloadable Timetables" and yet no iPhone or Mac version is available?

Grrrr. I don't like the new tool. And where's the return flights button. Even the skyteam timetable has that much. Well, I've sent off my e-mail. Let's see how much good that does!!

This is a step backwards for sure. At least OW and Sky have a return flight button. What idiot thought this was an improvement?
