If you look at CO schedule, it is B757 with F cabin. TP have offered to refund tickets but other arrangements in place and no decent fare alternative at this stage. Any suggestions on how to hold TP accountable for selling fare within Star Alliance and honoring same.

When I use KVS tool, if I do a search, I (think) I can see availability for upgrade. But when the UA agent submits for upgrades, it comes back as not available.

I can see that there is P class available on LH 417. And I (think) as long as there is P class on a flight, I should be able to get my Y/B/M upgraded to P.
