Where to credit TK U class
TK's U class earns 0% on UA, and my UA Star Silver benefits appear to be pretty much worthless (unless something happens in IST that results in massive IRROPS, I guess), so I may as well credit this ticket to somewhere--anywhere--that'll possibly be useful for me someday.
Yes, maybe that is M&S, but maybe there's something else--for example, I visit South Africa periodically and Voyager miles could be useful for in-country hops. (Alas, U earns nothing in Voyager, either.) Any suggestions? I thought the community here would have an idea. (Yes, it's a TK-related question, but I assume the TK forum is more interested in the M&S program and wouldn't know about crediting to other *A programs.) |
You may credit this flight only to:
Avianca Brasil (100 %) Air India (100%) or TK (25%) |

I suspect Avianca Brazil's chart is out of date (U is no longer Comfort, I don't believe), but as long as they haven't updated their computer system, either, maybe it will credit... |
And wheretocredit.com may be out of date

Master thread for this tool http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trave...redit-com.html If so, my trip would basically get me a free US domestic *A one-way (or a couple of HI inter-island hops) plus a few hundred miles left over, so it's worth trying. Maybe don't put anything in and try to submit for retro-credit...that way, if they decline, I can fall back to trying the same with perhaps AI and lastly TK M&S? |
