Hi Guys,

I wanted to check out the lounges available at a particular airport.
However, no matter what I do, I always get a red error message.

Even in instances whereby you should have access, LHR-EWR in UA J, with *G, it gives an error message.

“NO RECORDS FOUND MATCHING THE SEARCH CRITERIA.“

Have tried both chrome and safari, they display the same results.

Wondering if others are having the same problem.

Looks like a technical problem as if you try an unfiltered search, the lounges display (e.g. just enter LHR-EWR)

For LHR T2 as an Business Class + SAG customer you have access to the LH Business and SEN lounges; AC, SQ and UA Business Class lounges.

I just ran this search (UA J LHR-EWR, MP Gold) on the *A lounge finder in Chrome and it worked fine.

I just ran the same search in Safari. Worked fine.
