Cheapest way to redeem for one-way NRT-SEA flight using ANA?

My apologies if this is not the proper forum to post this in...

I am trying to book two flights from NRT to SEA in business class on ANA, but I don't have enough miles in my United account to pay for both tickets. I do, however, have around ~60k Amex MR points (and could probably acquire ~10k more easily).

I just don't know which MR partner Star Alliance carrier to transfer them to get a reasonable rate for this one-way segment: ANA, Air Canada, or Singapore. Will any of these NOT charge me an insane fuel surcharge for this journey?

Any help would be much appreciated.

SQ will charge more miles than either other.

NH is fewer miles than AC if you get the lowest award level, but both will charge a fuel surcharge if you book an NH flight. You can avoid that with a UA flight instead using AC miles.

No, there is nothing to get around here.

The only way to avoid fuel surcharge is using UA or US miles.

Also, I am not sure that ANA will allow you to redeem for a one-way award. Definitely not on partner metal; maybe on their own but I'm not positive.

Yes, you can not book a one way ticket on ANA.

That's true, but since redemptions are distance-based, as long as your origin and destination are in the same country you can get around this.
