Where to buy Egyptair tickets for destinations not listed on www.egyptair.com?
HKT is a good example that has a decent price out of EU according to matrix.itasoftware.com and expertflyer.com.

I found a local TA with a branch or rather a mother company in central EU. Ticked issued, problem solved.
Interestingly enough, it still does matter which excact EU country one is based
