Customs rules for fruits & vegetables

Folks

I'm traveling from an Asian country and wanted to know what the rules & regulations are for bringing in fruits & vegetables for personal consumption. The rules on this website seem very generous but I suspect they are for folks who are coming in via train rather than air travel
www.luxexpress.eu/en/customs-regulations

Does anybody have a link that lists what the regulations are, what needs to be declared, etc? Here is what appears on the above site

A traveller may bring along from non-EU countries:
5 plants (incl. trees and bushes)
3 kg of citrus fruits
5 kg of fruit and vegetables
20 cut flowers or sprays or a single bouquet or wreath made thereof
5 house plants
2 kg of flower bulbs or tubers
5 retail packages of seeds, each weighing 5 grams

Thank you
