Cancelling a Ticket/ Refund

I need to cancel a WN ticket and have a few questions. The ticket was paid for using cash and LUV vouchers and there is also a companion.

Can I get the cash portion ( 2 international travel fees) refunded to my credit card or does it have to be a credit at WN ?

How do the LUV vouchers get refunded, do the credit ($200) go to my WN account or will the vouchers be good again ?

The LUV vouchers were set to expire 12/3/19, will the funds still expire on that date ?

Thanks

Assuming a WGA fare, you have 24 hours from purchase to get the cash portion back.

Otherwise both the cash and LUV vouchers will turn into TTFs that expire on 12/3/19.

Thanks worked out perfect, I got $46 (or something like that ) refunded to my CC for Int fees on the companion ticket, $5.60 refunded to my wife's CC.

TTF was for $303.50 and I used it to pay for a $295 ticket that we already had purchased with ~ 20k points and got the points refunded.

I guess she has $8 and change left on TTF , can she use that towards EBCI ?

Thanks

How about the fees on the companion ticket ?

1. Correct. The earliest expiration date taints all funds associated with WGA tickets.

2. Since the companion ticket is not subject to WGA rules, the cash fees and taxes should be refundable.

If it's booked under a single PNR a phone rep may need to sort it out.

Can we use the remaining TTF to purchase EBCI ?

Where in her account can I see the TTF ? Thanks

EBCI is CC only.

Remaining RTF stays under same confirmation number.

Travel funds are not tied to RR accounts; maybe this is WN's way of hoping you forget about them. You need to track them by each PNR and exact name. I keep a spreadsheet with expiration dates.
